Do czego służy Login i Pin

Login i Pin służy do zalogowania się do systemu Użytkowników, który wypożyczają rowery według umowy DŁUGOTERMINOWEJ.
Dla Użytkowników systemu Javelo login i pin nie jest wymagany.

How does it works

Quick and easy! Register at javelo.pl or in the FREEBIKE 2.0 APPLICATION. Once you do that, all you have to do is log in with your phone number and password and deposit funds to be able to rent bikes.

Where can I ride?

You can cycle in the JAVELO zone (you can see it on the map in the app or on the website). Bicycle return is possible at the stations, and for an additional fee outside the stations in the JAVELO zone and the red zone. You are not allowed to return the bike in the blue zone and outside the JAVELO zone.

I can not rent a bike

It is possible that the bike you selected has a low battery and is waiting for a replacement or has some other technical problem. Try to borrow another bike nearby or call the customer hotline.

I can not return the bike

First, check in the application whether you are outside the green zone. If not, check if you are in an open area within GSM network coverage.

If the bike still does not return, please contact customer service.

I forgot my PIN or login (bikesharing card number)

The data necessary for logging in can be retrieved on our website javelo.pl. according to the scheme: "LOG IN" -> "Remind or change password?" -> complete the field with the e-mail address assigned to the account -> "send login details".
OR at freebike.onepass.com by scheme: "LOG IN" -> "Remind or change password?" -> complete your phone number (CHANGE PASSWORD) -> follow the instructions displayed on the screen.

Android users

If you have difficulty launching the app or while renting a bike, manually disable and enable location sharing on your phone.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGED BIKE?

From the moment of renting a bike to returning the bike at the Javelo station, the User is responsible for the bike. If the bike is damaged during use due to your fault, unfortunately you will have to bear the cost of repairing it. But don't worry - if you are not responsible for the damage to the bike and you report the whole incident to us immediately, you will not suffer any consequences.

HOW MANY BIKES CAN I RENT?

You can rent a maximum of 4 bikes on one account at the same time. You have to rent each of them separately by providing your identification details. The system calculates the rental time separately for each bike.

CAN THE USER REGISTERED IN THE JAVELO SYSTEM USE THE BIKE IN OTHER CITIES?

No - registration in the Javelo system and acceptance of the regulations does not allow the use of city bikes in other cities.

WHAT IF THE JAVELO SYSTEM CHARGED INADEQUATE FEE?

If the amount charged to you by the system for using JAVELO is not adequate to the facts, file a complaint by sending us a message at reklamacje@javelo.pl within 14 days of the event. We have 7 days to review it. If, after verification, it turns out that the system made an error, we will refund you the entire amount incorrectly charged.
